Identifies and approaches potential clients (mid & large companies, corporate).
Generates leads through networking, cold & warm outreach, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships.
Qualifies leads based on clear criteria.
Leads discovery meetings and sales meetings.
Understands clients’ business needs and proposes relevant communication solutions (together with the client service team).
Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Contributes to the commercial development strategy.
Collaborates with internal teams to structure commercial proposals.
Negotiates and closes contracts.
Manages the sales pipeline and tracks monthly and quarterly targets.
Provides ongoing feedback to management regarding the market, client needs, and new opportunities.
Represents the agency at business, networking, and industry events.
Builds and maintains a structured client database; keeps the CRM up to date.
3–5 years of sales experience in agencies (PR, communication, marketing, advertising, media, digital).
Proven track record in selling recurring contracts and one-off projects.
Strong business communication skills, including with C-level executives.
Comfortable with pricing discussions and negotiations.
Highly organized; enjoys systems and sales pipelines.
Existing network in the business / corporate environment.
Experience with CRMs.
Understanding of corporate and results-driven communication services.
Excellent English and Romanian, both written and spoken. (Romanian – native level, English – advanced level)
